Submarine Force Museum Celebrates 100 Years!

The Submarine Force Museum will celebrate 100 years of US Navy Submarines in Connecticut with a series of special presentations and exhibits. Featured at 12:00 are the Electric Boat SubTones singing submarine songs of the century. At 2:00 Mr. Eury Cantillo, museum educator, will present a lecture on the history of SUBASE New London in our Theater. All day:
-see the new “Submarine Base New London” exhibit
-STEM activities for kids
-Submarine art exhibit
-Simon Lake, Bridgeport, CT, submarine building exhibit
-Submarine Base New London waterfront pictures photo book
-Display of SUBASE logo history

And of course, tour the World’s First nuclear powered submarine, Historic Ship NAUTILUS (SSN 571)!
